British American Tobacco Bangladesh - Rabih Masrouha

Rabih Masrouha has been appointed as the Head of Talent, Culture & Inclusion at BAT Bangladesh from February 2025.

Rabih has recently completed 13 years with the BAT Group, during which he undertook various pivotal roles across multiple countries, including Lebanon, Iraq, Sudan, U.A.E., and Saudi Arabia.

In his previous role as Head of Talent, Culture & Inclusion for the Middle East Cluster, he led the People Agenda with a focus on enabling, upskilling, inspiring, and promoting inclusion. His leadership was instrumental in transforming the HR function across the cluster.

He holds a Master of Science in Administration (M.Sc.) in International Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance and International Management from HEC Montréal, Canada.

Rabih is a valuable member of the BAT Bangladesh leadership team as he brings with him diverse cross-market knowledge, vision, expertise, and commitment to fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture.
